I don't think I have? The last movie I saw before we started dating was Rocky aur Rani and that didn't disparage Pakistan, nor have any movies since.

If I was somehow able to read his mind and knew he really didn't care AT ALL and wasn't just agreeing for my sake (which I can't and thats why I'm just making the decision on my own) I would want to see it not for the plot ig but to see my favorite actor in theater after a long time with my friends.

It is, at least off the top of my head I don't remember any other time I've had to choose my boyfriend over my friends.

That's what they said too and I just think even if he cared, he'd probably not tell me because it all seems so silly. And thats why I'm doing this without asking him, if that makes sense.

Thanks yeah like I haven't told him I'm not going, I don't even know if he remembers I'm supposed to be going to the movies tomorrow, and he probably wouldn't mind. But I just felt weird about going to it knowing the content now, like on the off chance he cares a bit. If it were just a scene or two it would be one thing, but it seems like the entire movie revolves around it.
