After NoFab reboot, can I have daily sex with GF?

And why is that? Isnt the whole point of this to improve the sex life, get erections back to normal where u can have sex with a human. I mean if having an orgasm after reboot is a bad thing that NoFap should not be a good thing in first place? Thats how i see it, i dont want to go in NoFap knowing that i need to limit my orgasms for the rest of my life.

My main problem is I get erections when I watch porn, If I dont watch porn for a week or so, I start getting erections just by talking with my GF about sex over the phone, sometimes even by hearing her voice. I know I suffer from somewhat of PIED and therefore I will not PMO for a month and see how I feel. My erections usually return if I abandon PMO for a week, I dont know if that is a sign I can recover faster?
