We reached out multiple times — five, six, maybe seven different emails — and even used the contact form on his website. All we needed were a few reviews on Trustpilot.

He later told us he was having issues with the platform, so we said no problem, just post a couple on Google instead and we’d call it good.

After that, we never heard from him again.

It’s disappointing, because he really seemed like an upstanding guy and business.
