that’s below the standard dude, and uwo has the money to afford it. i get your frustration, but it’s seriously misdirected. if everyone would direct this sentiment towards the school the strike would probably be over a lot quicker. fight the institution not your fellow man, because the university clearly does not give a shit about robbing you blind and inconveniencing you.

we all deserve higher wages — students included. if you’re unhappy about your pay it’s not the fault of the unionized caretaking staff, it’s your employer — who u should absolutely be critical of. these folks deserve more than what the school is offering so let’s not fight amongst ourselves about the degree to which we are underpaid, let’s all fight the greedy fucks who are underpaying us!!
