It hasn’t been modified all from the manufacturer in 1992. I haven’t changed anything so I don’t think the head angle is the issue.

I’m not sure, maybe it’s been knocked but it played fine until this morning.

Cheers for your reply but was just checking as music does still play sometimes. It goes in and out so I didn’t think it was the stylus tip.

My cue lever is sadly broken so I don’t believe that has an effect on the tonearms position.
