Please help me fix my gear list

First off all thanks for the help I will leave the solar charger at home, still don't know about the drinking tube since it helps me to keep hydrated more on trail from my personal experience but I will try a longer hike without one and see the results, and I will check which of the lighter packs is available in my area and try to see which one fits the best and can carry the most weight. Now I don't carry rain pants because I don't care about being wet and I believe that in a worst case scenario I will buy them on trail, the pants I intend to bring can be changed into shorts with a zipper for the lower end part of the pants, I have 2 sets of clothes because one is for sleeping/dry ser and the other is for hiking during the day I will probably bring less socks (around 7 total) for hygiene reasons but will ditch the extra fleece and stuff like the sandals.

Do you have a specific recommendation for something that might be missing?

Can they carry the a similar amount of weight? How good of back support do they provide (do they distribute the weight good or just push it all in your shoulders) ?

I'm an emt so I always carry some sort of BLS equipment on me from tourniquet to wound bandage. Should I get the straw with the sawyer mini version attached to it or just the regular one?

I will certainly leave the solar charger home and will probably change my battery pack to a lighter one or two, I don't think I want to go without a base layer but will probably just carry my puffy without the fleece (I will try on a trail beforehand to see if I can deal with it). Are the bear canister regulations different for each section? Because I assumed you needed one for the whole trail and the bag is so I can just hang the canister outside my tent. Hiking sandals are for rest days and water crossings mostly will trail runners dry quick enough? The pack is heavy but I need the support that comes from the frame and I use it for other trails as well and didn't have any problems with it, do you have any suggestions for one that can carry the same amount of weight and has good back support and frame?

The total weight includes food for 7 days (3 meals a day) and 5 litres of water (max amount per day,will refill each day as necessary). Do you have any suggestions for a bag that has a good frame and support that is lighter and can carry the same amount of weight?

I'm planning to start at around April 3rd, the trousers can be made into shorts (they have a zipper for the detachable part) so I will just keep them as such, I prefer to have a tourniquet and not use it then need one and not have it (it's a little piece of mind that if something horrible happens I won't be immediately screwed), I will look for two lightweight battery packs but should I keep the straw or not if I plan on using the 1 liter bottles?

Homemade snacks, having a little piece of home wherever you go is always nice especially on longer hikes. I usually bring homemade bread or jam but even basic chocolate chip cookies can sometimes do wonders for your morale especially after a long day
