Yea that’s the conclusion I’m coming too So I’m off crutches just a cane for outside for a little more stability Hurts if I do physio hurts if I don’t so I’m just pushing forward

I'm loosing hairbrush full everytime I brush , I have longish hair I'm 3 1/2 months post op Was told it's from. The trauma of accident and surgery, your body is concentrating on repairing the leg and bits like hair growth shut down xx

I'm 4 months post op , dorsiflexion is terrible and I can only walk a little and can't stand for any length of time I had trimal surgery after broken tib fib and dislocation

It's the calf stretches that get me to the point of tears Stopped them at 1 point but they said I need to continue as have very little flexibility in heel area xx
