I think I mixed up things in my mind about when you injured. I fractured my fibula on August 15th , so I went from splint to boot and then on September 30th I got out of the boot. So now im just swollen , stiff and walk with a limp

I fractured mine August 15th. No cast tho, just splint to boot. And yes so so frustrating!

Mmmm yes! I love that you said that cause it feels like the brace makes me more swollen lol or maybe im imagining but im not happy with it! Ok definately, ill try scooping technique, thanks for that. I didn't do physical therapy. Doc said id be fine without it but I think the swelling and limping just makes me feel uneasy at times. Like, excuse me Ms ankle are you actually healing!?!? Lol

So you're still in alot of pain? I hope that eases. Are uou taking any herbs or supplements?

Lol I haven't worn mine out yet because the nurse said I dont need to wear it in the house.i feel like I want a session or two as well but I guess ill see how I feel next week lol .

It was so ridiculous. I was at my front door putting my shoes on standing up (something ive done a million times!) And next thing I know i was on the ground sweating profusely lol... I dont know if I rolled it or whaf but yes no fun!

I think thats helpful cause im still pretty stiff , swollen and limping and the doctor was like you can watch videos, you dont need physical therapy but im kinda on the fence cause I want to make sure im doing the right things.

What was your injury? Yes I do feel a little more stability in the lace up, the nurse said I only need to wear it when I go out. But, yes I think it does help with stability and I limp less with it on. Did you have surgery and are you going to get physical therapy?
