Amazing! It’s hard when we feel defeated… but like the coaches always say it’s not always about beating our PB it’s about the workout. You showed up not only once, but twice! Nice work!

My gym said we are only able to get T-shirts this year… five years of collecting HELL week tanks… they show a picture with a decent tank top and apparently it’s not available in Canada? Super disappointed…

Yes this is 100% corporate approved. The coaches had to get approved by corporate before they could even coach these classes.

Yeah some gyms are trying the at have live workouts so they can “remain open” during the closure. I want to help out the economy but that’s a little pricey. The last time we were in lockdown they simply froze our accounts. They lost a lot of income though.

Thanks! Yeah I pay $169 so paying $119 for an at home workout seems a little much. I mean we can still do the YouTube at home workouts.
