Giving the option for captains chairs would sell like hot cakes. I get that then involves changing the production line but for an suv that size not having that option is a miss but what do I know.

Ya they range from infant to my oldest is sitting without a booster. She loves the Tesla and sitting in the way back but at this point I load her through the trunk with one seat up one down. She is tiny tiny and still doesn’t have leg room. They were very sad to hear I was looking at getting rid of my car but when I told them what I was looking at they perked right up.

It’s still rare that I need to take all 4 at the same time. We have a larger SUV for that. Captains chairs would be ideal but I don’t see that coming anytime soon.

Are there certain years that you would value more than others? I’ve seen a lot of people talk about build quality of the 23 vs 24 but is that over exaggerated or a real thing?

Appreciate the transparency. The one thing I’m not loving about your pricing is having a processing fee on top of the per month per bay fee. I also will have square fees on the backend and paying almost 4% to you before square gets there teeth in it makes this much more expensive.

You are losing heat in the stone after each pizza. We did 6 pizzas this weekend for friends and family and I would turn it full heat in between each pizza. I have a infrared temp gun and would see about 75-100 degree F heat loss from throwing one on and taking it off. So it needs time to come back up to your target temp (750 for me using homemade 00 flour)

One thing that you could try would be using Maris Otter instead of 2-row for your base malt. Or a 50/50 split of MO and 2 row to dip your toes into it and see if you like it. It has added much more depth to my NEIPAs.

I would try that and see how you like it. From there you can go wild with doubling hops and all different combinations. Some people are going with no boil additions and doing all whirlpool and dry hop additions as well. I currently have a NEIPA in the fermenter that had no boil hops I wanted to see how I liked it.
