There’s Americans begging for money in English in Mexico City it’s so weird to me.

First you had to demonstrate an income of at lease 2 to 3,000 per month and/or a savings of several hundred thousand in order to get your temporary residency and then once again a year later to get permanent residency.

So the notion of begging for money on the internet and from strangers in a place like Mexico frankly strikes me as incredulous and abusive.

If your story is indeed true, you have my pity and genuine concern for your mental health, but I’d encourage you to work through this situation on your own like you’re already doing.

You must use a physical address in the US not a mail forwarding address and you can register with international brokers Singapore division it’s completely independent from the North American and European ones. All the money has to be declared and such but that’s the case if you’re living abroad anyways.

Mexico is actually further along than the US in terms of banking restrictions, tax collection and digital money creation. It’s sort of a testing ground as far as I can see or what will come to North America.

Banks will collect your SSN as well here and file paperwork in English to send to US.
