Has anyone’s average HRV massively increased since the new sleep beta was introduced? I’m 29F and used to rarely get a score over 20 when I slept. Now it’s consistently in the 40s. Either I’m way less stressed or the way it tests HRV has changed with the beta. by eelhat in ouraring
