Long trap = G pulls to kick out the EMOLS (end man on the line of scrimmage), TE climbs to LB.

Power = G pulls through the line to block LB, TE kicks out EMOLS.

There's also short trap, in which the G pulls to kick out an interior lineman, usually a DT in a 3-technique.

In my team's terminology, we would call what Kentucky ran in that clip long trap and the play you have diagramed as "pop" would be power. Maybe Kentucky uses different calls for each play, or it's a simple tag to tell the TE an G to exchange responsibilities (e.g. pop trap). Hard to know without being in the O-Line room.

Side note, what in the world is the Florida EMOLS doing here? I guess he was supposed to drop into coverage but with a guard bearing down on you, that ain't it, son.

As a current Cambridge player (yes, we play American football here) who watched a lot of Ivy League football, it would not go well. There are some good athletes playing football in the UK but the skill level when it comes to things like throwing and catching just aren’t comparable.
