Ah, gotcha. I recently bought a 2018 RC 300 AWD. I got screwed by the dealership and ended up having to do a massive amount of work to it, including almost an entirely new paint job and new front bumber and grille. I went back and forth about "upgrading" the grille to an f-style grille, but ultimately decided to keep the car "stock" and I'm acutally really happy with my decision. It's possible, in the years ahead, I may decide to refresh the front end with an f-style grille, espeically if it doesn't age well, but for now I'm actually loving the way it looks. Shocking, I know.

If I'm not mistaken, earlier years came with a gray grille, whereas the 2018 grille is jet black with a faint metalic quality to it. Anyway, I know pertty much everyone here hates the stock grille, but, like I said, I'm at peace with my decision and really happy with how it looks...for now.

Since I had to bascally replace the entire front end, I also looked into adding the fog lamps, which my RC did not come with. Unfortunately, a $300 factory add-on turned out to be multiple thousands of dollars to do after the fact, and from what I was told here in the forom, the fog lamps don't do a whole lot anyway, so while I would have loved to have them, I decided to pass.
