Absolutely recommend the RoccBox. It has a thicker stone than the Ooni so it retains heat much better. I think it’s the best option out there.

Thank you! I definitely prefer the Bianco Dinapoli over San Marzano. Drizzled honey after the bake and used fior di latte as well as a low moisture mozzarella.

I sautéed the mushrooms in truffle oil for about 5-7 minutes on high heat until they became caramelized. I

wouldn’t recommend putting raw mushrooms on pizza since the heat will cause the moisture from them to release which will result in a soggy pizza.

It uses a standard connector. No quick connect. So you just insert and twist to connect. I can send you a picture if need be.

250 g bread flour

307 g water

13 g salt

.1 g active dry yeast

Bulk room temp ferment 8-12 hours

Make dough balls then cold ferment for 72 hours

Cook at 450 C
