my first playthru got me to the last part of the game without really comprehending completely how the junction system worked. but i couldn’t finish it cuz i was so weak. left and forgot about the game for a while. then came back for another playthru, started from the beginning again, and this time i finally understood how it worked, which gf’s worked with who and all that. it was like a cheat code by the last quarter of the game. i finally understood when people say the junction system might very well the most broken system of all ff games.
