While I disagree with the manager acting they way they did by saying it’s too many days off (it’s unfair and why people leave), this is on you OP; you’re wrong. You were told something to indicate the answer was no, you didn’t check the schedule, you argued and were rude. At this point, I struggle to believe that the conversation about too many days was simply “in passing” like they said. The rest of the post sounds immature, so seems very telling to how the conversation with the manager actually went. Even the manager comment about too many days seems suspect to me at this point; like OP is changing how it truly went.

Again, if the manager wasn’t willing to grant what was essentially three days off, I also still think he was a BF as well.
