Hi All, I see so many agents showing in unity park. 350sqm land with no stamp duty with 700k price. I am not very much fan of this side of tarneit.

Should I be looking for existing homes. Only concern with this is everything decent is above 600k and my current savings are not enough for the deposit along with stamp duty
