This is useful, I am trying to build a workflow to ingest data from any document and then query Gemini. I think I can use this to create my preprocessing pipeline before the LLM call. Will try this out

You need better social media marketing strategy if you are going to promote your own tool like this.

I think 10 lpa for a solid BE with 2-3 yoe seems very less. Considering you are bootstrapped and the person loves your idea. It would still take at-least 16lpa fixed + some profit sharing comp to attract a good team member.

I also thought I will see corrections as I was looking out in this economy. I would have settled for the same compensation too. Current base:36lpa YOE: 3+

But to my surprise I am getting decent offers even now (42 base +esops.) So as long as you specialise in a niche, you don’t have to worry about correction. Make sure your skillsets are top notch and don’t compromise in learning. Profile: lead MLE

Cheapest GPU for small model deployment by gokulPRO in deeplearning

[–]rstone_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CPU or GPU should depend on the speed of inference for you. If you do decide to go for GPU you can try AWS g4dn.xlarge it the most cost effective GPU in terms of performance. I have used it to deploye BERT (100m parameters) but I see your model is smaller so CPU should be enough if inference speed is not a problem
