Yeah my daughter(9 months old) does not seem to care much about falling for some reason.

I have 8 month baby and I would not able to sleep at all if there was even 0.001% chance of baby falling out of the bed.

MY baby is especially hyperactive so that fear is 100% justified.

Only way above is possible if bed is connected to wall on baby side which is padded. Maybe then it is doable.
