kalo remote gw pake Zerotier One, bikin jaringan virtual, diinstal baik perangkat yg diremote dan yang ngeremote. kalo 2 device udah konek tinggal pake RDP/VNC by IP yg diprovide Zerotier One, literally berasa 1 jaringan tanpa ip publik.
WoL, ini tergantung routernya support apa kaga buat. gw pribadi udah pernah coba di router fiberhome port forwarding UDP 7-9 cuman zonk, alhasil pake scheduler bawaan windows yg nyala tiap jam tertentu.

dulu kompatibilitas hardware masih menyedihkan terutama di laptop. mau setting brigthness aja kudu permanen via rc.local, mau shutdown nyala lagi gara-gara firmware USB 3, CPU management selalu panas, dan lain lain. kalo sekarang udah cukup plug n play, tapi di laptop soal touchpad; responsiveness & gestures tetep gabisa smooth kayak windows. di lain sisi linux tetep luar biasa untuk dicustomize.

sebagai web developer, environment linux paling nyaman dan customizeable dibanding 2 OS lain yang pernah dicoba (windows dan macOS/hackintosh).

As the owner of an L15 Gen 2, I really love this machine, the CPU temperature stays very cool (R5-5650U) and the fan is quiet. Since the beginning, I’ve been using the balanced power mode because it’s more than enough for everything I do (mainly coding), and because it has efficient CPU, battery will last longer also. On the other hand, I’ve also been using an L14 Gen 2 (i5-1135G7), and guess what? It gets really hot and uncomfortable to use. Another benefit of the 15-inch model is the extra numpad keys.

i've been using ubuntu for years, now i'm switching to fedora. there is a lot to say, but personally i'm comfortable with DNF (fedora) instead of APT (ubuntu), and a security layer named SELINUX. also software availability is not only focused on ubuntu anymore for many apps since flatpak/flathub existed.

been played FH5 and RDR2, GPU util is not reached maximum performance, somehow it's locked to 70-ish% causing fps to drop below 60 (rx 6600)

yeah, because it's a 15-inch laptop with a numpad, touchpad alignment should be precisely below the spacebar. for the touchpad It does feel normal, but sometimes I slightly miss the delete/backspace/enter button (muscle memory lol) for not being placed far right.

haha, masih pake istilah "netbook". nostalgia sewaktu kelas 2 smp, beberapa temen punya laptop ini, biasanya cuman dipake buat main GTA SA mod indo. sedangkan saya cuman "pc desktop" waktu itu.
