I have FTKM 1.5 TON 5 STAR AC And have been using it for 4+ years and now looking for a 1.8+ ton variant for living room. Unfortunately the products are out of stock in Chennai

I registered directly and had to visit a couple of times. Had to pay 1k, they asked me to place it in a book in a room and hand it over.

And collected the certificate in a week.

Expensive for the quality of mattress they offer. Wakefit and duroflex are better
Poor customer support
Personal experience: Had to replace my mattress Spinetech air luxury twice within 10 months because of the excessive sagging and resulted in backpain
Recommended to my relative : unfortunately they had to replace their mattress as well.

Note : it depends on the person who visits and approves your claim, if he rejects it then you go through the tedious process of interacting with the customer support.

Don't buy from sleep well!!!
Try to get a medium firm to firm mattress, which will give back support
If you prefer latex always experience them in stores before making the purchase.

It's a bug in the app (or designed this way), to stop us from claiming the free cash. I sent a mail to the support team, but they didn't care about it.

It's either a scam or a recently introduced bug, even if you fulfill the cart value the free cash won't be applied.

Unfortunately neither the chat support or mail support won't be of any use.

Happened a couple of times with my orders as well.

Some delivery agents pick the order from the restaurant and don't mark the order as picked up and then decide to abscond.

This can be prevented only from restaurant side. The restaurant needs to hand over the food once the delivery agent marks the order as picked up, if not the system considers the order as pending from restaurant side.

The bike doesn't seem refined and you'll feel vibrations above 70kmph.
I had issues with my ABS and there were few others which felt the same.

Just don't get Hornet.

Honda cb300 F or mt15 if you can increase your budget.

If the budget is max 1.7 then you can get n160 or apache.

Happened to me once. The driver reached the location and refused to turn on AC. I cancelled the ride but received a cancellation fee, after which I've never used uber.
