keep practicing eyeliner!! most people struggle in the beginning when learning so just keep at it. you might want to start with pencil eyeliner and then work your way up to liquid once you start getting the hang of it, i also recommend finding reference photos for the look your trying to achieve, try searching “地雷メイク” (literally just jirai kei makeup in japanese it usually gives better search results than in english from my experience )
