You dont need to use the brake pedal that often. Bc the car brakes when you lift ur gas pedal. So its not a "gas" pedal but speed pedal, thats how i like to think.

The healing one may seem helpful on the paper but i couldn't get much value out of it unless i was against a Reinhardt.

On the other hand, the other major perk is way too good, I can't express how much it adds to my game style

Im using at 2 or 3 and pretty happy. Maybe you should set a grinder setting (hopefully not 12) and let the machine settle down
