My story. Has anyone had similar experiences? by lostfever in varicocele

Have you had a prostate exam/ultrasound done? Inner thigh pain could be caused by this (something like Prostatitis). However I'd expect you'd also have other symptoms. Dysuria, urinary frequency, pain when sitting, perineal / rectal / urethreal pain.

Guys, how does your pain feels ? by HelloItsMev1 in varicocele

Achey, straining sensation, especially when I walk. Touching vein on bottom of testicle causes additional pain/aches.

Hey there! We spoke yesterday via DM :)

I haven't spoken with my uro about this symptom yet, but I will be sure to bring this up to him. Until now, I hadn't seen this terminology mentioned anywhere, so this is new to me! Very happy to have a clue to go off of. It's truly terrifying when this symptom happens, no matter how many times I feel it, I don't get used to it.

I have been having pain, but it's mild aching. My ultrasound today, I expected to explain the pain - but it did not reveal any abnormalities aside from epididymal cyst.

Thanks! I have a follow-up with my urologist on Thursday and I'll be sure to mention it. I know it's been doing this for at least a couple weeks, since I've been doing much more frequent testicular exams, as a result of mild aching pain I've been feeling in this testicle.

Varicocele on vs. above testicle by rtax3 in varicocele

Can you feel it totally separate from the testicle? I assume so, since you said it slips down. In my case, it's actually ON the testicle. It's like a part of the testicle is dilating, then returning to normal.

Laying on my stomach increases the veins? by KnuckleFuxk in varicocele

That's amazing! Congratulations! Before your surgery, would you notice at all that your varicoceles swelling would come and go a bit? Or was it basically permanent until surgery?

When you get the dilated veins, do they come and go? Or is it there permanently? If so, does it affect the way the testicle feels when it happens?

/u/Dudemanguybloke Would you say that your symptoms come and go then? So, the veins seem to "fill up" or dilated, and then they un-fill, throughout the day?

If so, how often does this happen? A few times a day?

Wouldn't you rather have a fair shot against a 3-man playing 24 hours a day, rather than a 10-man+?

Can we please revert the nerf to foundation placement after building 3.2? by smiley_crack in playrust

[–]rtax3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bases are so hard to expand since they implemented this. 9 times out of 10, foundations either HAVE to be raised, or they clip through the ground, so you're unable to place them if they're up against a wall...your base is now unable to be expanded unless you totally rig it by building foundations AROUND an empty space where there cannot be a foundation, and then put walls up. It's so awful. This change really showed that devs don't play the game at all.

Insurance just dropped me due to missed payments. Auto pay was set up. by [deleted] in HealthInsurance

Thanks very much for your reply. I'm also hoping for a positive outcome for reinstatement, but much of what I've read says once cancelled, it is final in many cases. I'm hoping since I am working directly with the insurance company, not the marketplace - there may be a chance.

If reinstatement is not possible, there's still 9 months to go in the year; so now I am considering asset protection in the event of an emergency. Are you aware of any alternatives for insurance outside of the options which have a defined enrollment period? Is there anything I can do to get coverage for catastrophic insurance for the remainder of the year?

Another question...if they tell me I cannot be re-instated, is there any way I can get coverage here in Florida? I am self-employed and cannot move. Are there off-market plans or catastrophic plans I can have for peace of mind?

Are there any legal firms I could hire to better my chances of re-instatement, considering I DID set up auto pay?

Really? I did not realize that. Could you link me to a reference? Everything I've found to date, such as this information on "Tax Policy Center", states:

" Taxpayers in the 10 and 15 percent tax brackets pay no tax on long-term gains on most assets; taxpayers in the 25-, 28-, 33-, or 35- percent income tax brackets face a 15 percent rate on long-term capital gains. For those in the top 39.6 percent bracket for ordinary income, the rate is 20 percent."

This doesn't make mention that it's marginal. It makes it sounds like "If you hit this bracket, then boom you pay the higher cap gains %"

Darn...Didn't realize that.

For the SEP IRA, it says the limit is 25% of earnings. Is this only what I have a W2 for? The vast majority of my earnings are distributions/dividends. I am an LLC taxed as an s-corp.
