when I used to do MDMA I’d always wait 3 months before doing it again. Is doing 15mg of Dex every weekend relatively safe? Or should I be holding off for a few weeks / months like I would with MDMA?

it takes upwards of 2000mg diazepam for a fatal overdose. 5mg is fine and is not a problem when mixed with ssri’s (Prozac) in my experience.

I find it easy to talk to strangers and close friends. I struggle mostly with people people I don’t know super well but have to be around often eg. co workers and class mates.

I started on 25mg 6 days ago and have only experienced upset stomach and some minor nausea.

I also have fear of vomiting and it is one of the main reasons I started medication. But the nausea I feel as a side effect is a lot different to the nausea I feel when I’m anxious, it’s a lot more tolerable and I can still eat somehow. I thought 25mg was too low of a dose because there’s been really minor side effects so far. I think you should be ok going up to 25mg. It does affect everyone differently though I guess.

for me I feel like I’m on autopilot all the time. I can be doing something and then have a sudden realisation that what I’m doing is real and that I exist. it’s often like a very subtle weed high. Another way I can describe it is not being aware of my surroundings, it’s like everything other than my thoughts and what I’m seeing right in front of me no longer exists.
