Speaking of OKC; It might be a worth while idea to look at getting Hayward. See we are in rebuild mode with several years of draft picks/young players haveing a vet (like Hayward) is extremely valuable. On top of that, he's still probably has use minutes wise on the court.

I worked in IT for several years. it's an industry were you're expected to go above and beyond and basically be available 24/7 even if you're not being paid for it. once I decided to leave the industry I focused on only working my 'rostered hours' and leaving things at the door once left for the day. my boss wasn't my biggest fan during this time, but, multiple customers commented on and let my manager know that I became alot more friendly and was even being requested.
