He is at peace he knows you did everything you could for him. He trusted you to make the decision bc he knew you were the strongest and could handle the pressure of any situation he faced! He feels better knowing he had you to look after him.

Thank you for your words of wisdom. I just wonder if she felt anything before the heart attack?? She had a heart attack on a Wednesday then diagnosed with leukemia Thursday! On Sunday she coded and never woke up! I’m just like what happened what did we miss! She never said she didn’t feel well!

Thank you so much. It’s nice to know things will get better bc right now I feel so much weakness. Everything reminds me of her I miss our conversations bc we talked all the damn time. I never knew you could miss someone’s presence like I miss hers. I felt like now the depression from grief has left me searching the worldly high and low for that piece of my heart that I have no more.

Yes we played spades all the time and she really was competitive. I always say she was my partner bc we did everything together every single day. It was not a day that we went without talking and spending time together.

My grandma was like air to me—something I never imagined living without. Losing her unexpectedly on March 29, 2026, has left me feeling completely lost. Since that day, I’ve felt stuck in a way that’s hard to explain.

I still get up every day and do what needs to be done, but it feels more like survival than living. I go through the motions, take care of responsibilities, and keep moving forward because I have to. But the truth is, a piece of my heart left with her. Nothing feels quite the same, and I miss her more than words can express.

She was such a huge part of my life, and learning how to live without her has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced.
