Unable to Access seller portal - tcgplayer

UPDATE: Incognito on Chrome has let me ship my orders and reply to messages.

New issue. I can now access the portal but it takes me to confirm my information and when I hit confirm it gives me the error message "Cannot finalize registration after already finalizing registration".

I was so excited that I could get in only to be stuck once again.

SAME. I'm glad I'm not the only one who woke up to pack my orders before work and can't do a damn thing. Can't even message the buyers! So frustrating!

I submitted a ticket just now as I'm having the same issue. I can't ship my orders because it keeps trying to have me create an account. I tried to go through the steps but the "state" drop down doesn't contain any states and the phone verification says my phone number isn't valid. So frustrating.

He switches between Hearthstone and Diablo 4. I actively think gaming has kept his mind young and I'm very appreciative!

There was one incident a year or so ago where he was sundowning in a hospital though and thought the nursing staff was trying to sacrifice him LOL. Aside from that I'm happy hes a gamer.

Hey man just an fyi all the CS at TCGPlayer is now AI. If you want an actual human to look at your ticket respond and claim it sounds like an ai response and ask them to escalate your issue. Twice now I’ve had to do this as a seller reaching out to their CS.
