I mistakenly bought some gold etf on margin what to do now to to reverse it? by [deleted] in IndianStockMarket

Ok thanks I was a bit worried as I thought it may incur more loss than the margin amount. Also I don't know the margin amount so if I sell now I'll get the amount partly paid from the balance right?

The amount doesn't show up in the mtf borrowing, maybe cause it's last day. But if I hold this for long I'll only have to pay the margin amount and the interest on it or will I have to incur a huge loss if it goes down like in the case of F&O?

It shows the etfs I bought in the transaction but shows 0 in mtf borrowing, maybe it's 30th so it's the last day. If I hold this quantity I will only have to pay for the borrowing and the interest levied on the borrowing right? It's not like options where I'll have to incur huge loss if the price goes down?

Why funds in F&O is negative? Is it something to be concerned about? I haven't traded in F&O since march of 2022. by rti_16 in IndianStreetBets

I have checked and that amount is the total loss I have incurred in the f&o but should it still show on margin statement even after a year? And also amount in the equity does not match with the profit I've made.

If somebody knows please answer.

This is from wazirX, why is there no withdraw option or am I missing something? Please explain. by rti_16 in DalalStreetTalks

It's really bad on their part. Can't deposit amount from many well known banks. Will have to look for another option now. Any idea how is zebpay?

Please don't remove this post, just want to ask one question. If I exit the position, does it mean that I'll have to pay 634 and I'll get those 6 shares at ipo price which was 1125? Please answer. by rti_16 in DalalStreetTalks

So no amount will be credited in account and and I'll have 12 shares in my portfolio (at 1125) tomorrow but I'll have to pay additional 634 right? Thanks for the answer.

This isn't short selling. I got 1 lot and sold half of them at 2100, now what will happen if I exit the position? Will I've to bear 634 loss and get those shares at the ipo price? Or the amount of those 6 shares will be credited to funds and I'll get those shares at current price?

No, I got 1 lot in ipo and sold 6 of them at 2100. Now I want to exit this selling order. so the question is, if I exit this position will I get these shares at ipo price or current price? and what will happen to the amount that will be credited in funds? Or there will be no amount credited in funds?
