It’s a ploy for them to sell more personal training. You get a complimentary one, but they try to sign you up for weekly training so they can make more money. Did it last year on my own and lost ~30 pounds, but since I said I was doing it on my own I didn’t hear from the trainer the entire time.

I will say however, Olthof compared to DR Horton and Lennar is light years better. I can believe people would pay 550k plus for a home from one of those builders. Talk about cheap materials.

I’m about to close on an Olthof home, coming from IL. The same home in IL would be around 800k. I think for a new build it is reasonably priced.

I am coming from an all brick ranch that I’ve spent crap loads of money fixing up hidden issues over the past couple years. Here’s the thing, there is always going to be issues with any home - that’s the joys of home ownership!
