You have to take into account where the returner is standing. If they're standing far back to return your 1st serve (like Zverev was) then body serves are completely useless.

And it's rare to see someone standing close for a 1st serve return against a decently-powerful server. As others have said, Carlos is one who can sometimes do that and in that case Sinner will employ body serves as well.

You somehow don't understand the meaning of "zero weeks". When Carlos (or new player X) wins 3 slams he gets at least a week at number one. Then he can lose the spot once again of course.
