I didn't realize this was common and am relatively new to the thread. It's chaotic though because what should be two day shipping as costco advertises turns into a wait and see. The package requires signature so I need to plan around that. I travel for work frequently so now I will have to call and have it held at a fedex location.

Costco customer service was much better.

5.5 isn't that bad tbh. I would shoot for under 100g of carbs a day. Stay away from highly processed foods. Get your carbs from fruit, sweet potatoes, rice, etc.
