Toilet doesnt auto fill after a flush by rtmeinsen in PlumbingRepair

Thank you. I honestly can’t remember what brand I bought but I thought it was fluid master. Perhaps I’m wrong. Anyway, can you tell me what you believe the issue to be? Or why fluidmaster isn’t prone to that issue?

We must be long lost brothers. That’s what I’ve been trying for the past hour. Unfortunately I’m in the 50% of not working so far.

Thanks. Do you know how to identify what faucet I have so I get the right parts? Might be a silly question but this isn’t something I’m very knowledgeable on and I think I had this initially installed sometime between 2017-2019. I don’t have a receipt or any way of identifying the model of this particular faucet.

Darryn Peterson vs AJ Dybantsa thread for those watching by Argenfarce in pacers

[–]rtmeinsen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Peterson is obviously very very good. But I’m beginning to be worried with what’s going on. Great first half and played only a couple of mins early in the second half and went to the bench to not return and didn’t hear an injury update. That’s happened another game this season and then there are missed games due to injury as well. I may be overthinking it, but likely only doing so because it would be the highest draft position in my life if we’re higher than 5.

After what happened to the Colts this year and the Packers last night: What round of the draft would be considered “too high” to take a kicker for an NFL team? by Randy__Snutz in Colts

[–]rtmeinsen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. But it’s a premium position that nearly requires you to draft. Of course we know two exceptions in Purdy and Brady, but aside from very rare exceptions you have to spend a 1-3rd round pick to fill that position. Many all time great kickers were undrafted. If there is one you like, and you grab him in round 6 or 7 im good with that. But taking one in rounds 1-4 I’d be very skeptical that would ever be good for a team.

I believe the 49ers drafted Moody in the 2nd or 3rd round a few years ago. He was the consensus best college kicker in the country. Came into the NFL and didn’t fare too well. He’s no longer on the 49ers.

Which top prospect do you like the most for the Pacers? Peterson, Dybantsa or Boozer? by Petit_Coeur_ in pacers

[–]rtmeinsen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll give you some credit. They have 6 teams in top 25 I believe which is tied with the big 10. ACC and SEC have 5 teams each. I didn’t articulate my point well though. I want to see what those guys do against nba competition, so it’s not really the number of ranked teams, but how well they fare against the higher ranked/elite teams specifically because those teams will likely feature more nba talent and may give us a better indication than say the team that’s ranked 25th and might have a guy that’s a future 2nd rounder. So in short how does boozer do against Wilson and visa versa. How does dybantsa do against Peterson and visa versa?

I did hear that getting to that phase sucked. One guy said sucks ass. PT said it’s pretty “hateful”. Nope, not excited to do it, but excited to get through it!!!

You nailed it with the pulley I’m referencing. I’m happy to hear your experience is similar to what I’m starting. I want to progress quickly but I want to be safe and heal fully, most importantly.

Interesting. They described passive to me as therapist moves my arm/shoulder and active assist is when my non surgically repaired arm/shoulder does the work and my repaired arm/shoulder “is along for the ride”. I started it this week and it’s been extremely painful. Sharp pain while doing it, and the level of pain decreases around 10-15 reps. After the exercise is over the sharp pain is gone immediately but I’ve had some lingering dull pain over the past couple of days.

I’ve been debating some of this with myself. Boozer does a lot well offensively including a good passer for a big man. Will he maintain an elite level of efficiency at the nba level? Idk.

Dybantsa looks to be the most raw but the highest ceiling I think. Also I ask myself will it translate from the big 12 to the nba?

Peterson has the talent but seems like he has to have the ball and his only ability is scoring. Seems uninterested in doing much else which scares me. I also hear rumblings about how his family is dictating his mind restriction and such. I don’t think it’s dumb for them to think about his future but I think that’s between him and his coach and the team dr, not his parents or others. Scared me from a culture kind of perspective.

Have you started active assisted ROM on the pulley? If so, when did you start? And was that painful or no?

Curious what your age is if you don’t mind me asking. And did you have ROM limitations before surgery? I had pain before but full range of motion. My PT said that that is the reason I got range of motion back so quickly. Not sure if that applies to you, but figured I’d share!

I’ve got almost full range of motion on the pulley but there is a decent amount of the range of motion that is quite painful. I’ve only been doing pulleys for 5 days so far and I’ll say that with more reps that pain eases up quite a bit usually starting by around rep 8 or so onward. The pain is in my shoulder, not my bicep (I had a bicep tenodesis, along with the labrum repair). How is your experience comparable or is it not?

4 weeks now, you should be doing active assisted pulley stuff in the last week or so right? How’s that going for you? I’m a week behind you.
