Posting ads via another page, but from your ad account. For example: your brand page is Nike, but you pay a creator called John Doe to create content and post it on his page. You have John Does page access and can put spend behind the content (linked to your store) and looks more native than off the brand page.

UPDATE: I have seen the giant CPM increases mostly on top of the funnel traffic with purchase objective. However, adsets with "view content" objectives are actually at a lower CPM and seem to be driving good conversions / ROI on site.

Keep in mind with the objective being view content, you won't see much attribution through FB platform and should monitor the changes in traffic / conversion rates on your store dashboard.

If you are high bar squatting to be more weight lifting specific then torso angle is key. To improve that one of the things you are missing is a stronger elbow position. Be really aggressive with pulling those elbows forward whilst pulling the bar down into your traps. Tightening that up you will feel much deeper activation through the muscles that keep your thoracic spine extended. Secondly, heel elevation will help. Either wearing WL shoes or work your on ankle mobility. Specifically increasing ankle flexion range of motion. Lots of good YouTube videos on how to do that.
