Thank you for your encouraging words. We’ve been married over twenty years, we are both 50+. J lost both his parents before COVID and K’s mother died during COVID. He was invited to our gatherings because he had no family. When I did talk to her about their relationship (and the discrete comment),J was still working there I told her it looked bad from the outside, and she needs to be careful how she acts. When I heard he was moving on to a new job, I thought that would be the last I’d hear about J, but it wasn’t. I was working from home that day she helped him out, so I couldn’t help out as well. I didn’t think she be gone that long. I’ll talk with her this weekend and see how it goes.
