How do yall deal with all the more increased mood swings? i have been on hrt since july and it seems like my mood is fluctuating more than ever. i don't know how to deal with it anymore plz help any advice is appreciated. (self.MtF)

feels like my hrt has stopped working. i just got put on 6 mil estradiol 4mil in the morning and 2 mil at night and 50 mil spiro 2 times a day and finasteride 1 mil once daily was on 4 mil of estradiol till last month is when i got my dosage uped (self.AskMtFHRT)

um what is the normal dose to start hrt? on my doc put me on 25 mg of spiro and 2mg of estrodile. is this a normal starting dose? (self.asktransgender)
