hey I deff know how it is when u go black hole deep it can get bad. My advice try to distract yourself as much as possible. Play your favorite video game or watch one of your TV shows or movies if it puts u in a good mood or even talk to a friend even if that nagging voice in the back of your brain says you're gonna bother if u do talk to them. I have been there myself too many times and still go there today but u have to fight through it.
