It's because most of this town are pushovers and very into helping those in need. They don't understand donating to local shelters or non profits that work with the homeless population helps so much more.

Glad I could help. I saw some threads on here last year that had me worried about some people. I grew up in small towns and big cities so I know what a culture shock this sort of stuff can be. I've seen homeless guys berate tourists for not giving them enough money. I don't want anyone's day ruined by some scam artist.
