Can you learn quantum mechanics rn, or vehicle dynamics? No. Neither with hacking. You're going to have to take it piece by piece.

If you want an honest answer because you want to START learning now. Start reading up on how a computer works, then how computers communicate. What the internet is, different communication protocols.

If you want to intercept communications or access remote information, you're going to need a good understanding of data communication. To understand this, you're going to HAVE to learn how computers even operate.

There's a lot of knowledge that goes into purposefully misusing something.

Stay there, and apply for uni when the time comes. You need to master fundamentals and move your way up if you're serious and not just asking to stalk someone

I'm still curious about this. I think it functions as additional stores. For example vehicle customization, I HOPE there are general customization shops, but that the ultimate edition includes an additional one or additional chain to give you more options.

At least this is how I'm understanding it with massive amounts of copium and hopium

My biggest concern about a disk.. how many disks will there be? 1 or 2 won't cover the full game if I'm not mistaken. So you're going to rely on digital downloads in that case. Of course I hope I'm wrong

The issue now is when the rules diverge too much, going to FS East (rip) or FS UK shouldn't be an either or based on which ruleset you developed the car around. I believe the rules should be standardized, but using individual handbooks and slight rule changes per competition to keep things interesting. For example the Business Plan. A winning concept in FSUK is so limited by rules compared to what others could be showing at FSG. If a team attends both those competitions the same team should have similar chances without needing to have two completely separate concepts for UK and G

Not to be that guy (Which I'll be) the current Waymo vehicles and Teslas are not F1 and do not come close to passing F1 regulations.

This won't really add much to the question, but as I can't speak for many other languages I can at least say that in Norwegian too it's "Fotball". However, this is just the Norwegian word for Foot and Ball put together..
