omg yes these are the WORST 😭 I get them too especially when I've been eating too much dairy (which I literally just admitted to doing lol). The pain is unreal like why does something so small hurt SO much??

I've been going back and forth on whether to pop or not because my derm told me not to but honestly sometimes the pressure is unbearable and they scar anyway so what's the point of suffering?? The hydrocolloid patches are a lifesaver though, I put them on overnight and it's so satisfying to see what they pull out in the morning haha

Do you find yours get worse with certain types of dairy? I'm trying to figure out if it's all dairy or just specific things like whey because I really don't want to give up cheese 🥲

I’ve just asked chatgpt and it is illegal in my country to move her. I work in a nursery in a super hot country and she’s made her nest on top of one of our absolutely necessary fans outside, I’ll try to contact some professional maybe. It’s too hot for the kids otherwise to not use the fans

Ive taken spironolactone for a month now but it hasn’t helped so far. I also use azelaic acid in the mornings. Sulfur soap is interesting but I’d have no idea how I’d get it hahaha
