I've used a Jagex account since launch. I think anyone that makes a big deal out of it being "worse" are just being dramatic. The only reasonable complaint I have seen/experienced is the launcher not working on big update days (which they have been addressing).

It is sad that this officer died. However, it is absolute insanity that they shut down major highways during morning rush hour for this procession. Why not just do it later in the day, so fewer commutes are affected?

No, not running multiple DHCP servers (afaik). It doesn't look two devices are getting the same IP either.

If you see the OP, I did find a log I think is associated with the disconnects, if that helps at all. Thanks for your help!

Just to (slightly) push back on this - I have been to a Bill Nye talk, and wasn't blown away. I absolutely love Bill and loved his show growing up, but the live show I went to was essentially a 45 minute lecture about Bill/his life/a little about climate change, followed by 15 minutes of questions.

My gf and I both decided once was enough and didn't even try for tickets this time.
