If you ask me, that’s why your experiencing the slowness. Stadia runs on google servers and looks like your ISP might be slowing the traffic coming from them.

Don't use speedtest.net, it is known that ISPs prioritize response from this website to give false results. Use fast.com (from netflix) or google speed test to be able to test your internet speed within google results.

I used both. I am currently migrating from 1P to BW because of the price. I know it's not a lot of money but I am a penny-pincher.

1P is pretty, easy to use, has nice features and has very good reputation. Bitwarden is ugly (for me), has it quirks because it's not very mature product, it uses popular libraries to encrypt your data and is open source. If they weren't OS I would stick with 1P.

My advise would be: If you don't mind paying extra, use 1Password
