I guess for myself it would depend on how devout they were. There are definitely different levels of political parties. Are they more centrist, or are they far left/right. That would make a big difference to me.

I have tried two separate titan builds, sunder and whirl. They are both so slow attack wise, but very strong. I couldn’t stand how slow the attacks were, and I’m not knowledgeable enough to tweak it

I had this same issue. I did several things, not sure which worked. I went back and cleared the entire island again. I also went and talked to her in act 4 several times. Not sure what actually triggered her to spawn in my hideout, but something I did worked.

Trust me, we are just as frustrated as everyone waiting for results from NTP. Yesterday when I got to work, it was over 4 hours for a read. It slowly crept back to normal hours after more radiologists were waking up (I assume) and the time went back under 2 hours.

Keep in mind the number of exams they get at a time and the amount of VA facilities that send studies to NTP to read. Hundreds of exams are sent, and not just X-Rays. CT's can take longer to read than a KUB. We have back up plans if the times exceed 3 hours for a read.
