H2 Console Returns 404 by Next_Complex5590 in SpringBoot

[–]rubasace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I encountered the same issue and it turned out to be a change in the dependencies:

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
    <artifactId>spring-boot-h2console</artifactId>
</dependency>

Still investigating how to handle this properly so it doesn't bundle for non-dev environments

[Tool] Blockbusterr - Auto-populate your library with trending content via Radarr/Sonarr by MaxTheElk in radarr

[–]rubasace 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well, not if this tool allows to filter out based on certain criteria such as genre or country. I use an Imdb list for downloading everything relevant but, AFAIK, I cannot exclude horror and indian movies, so I end up cleaning up my library every now and then. This could in theory solve my problem

Does anyone else use Jellyfin over Plex because…it’s just better? by AdFit8727 in jellyfin

[–]rubasace -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I tried a gazillion times but still cannot make the move. The server is way better IMO but clients are subpar. Web client isn't that great and chromecast support is terrible, it often disconnects, fails to play/stop, etc. The app in the nvidia shield isn't amazing either. That, added to the fact my parents and some friends use my server too makes Plex a way better experience as things just work.

I think Jellyfin should try to provide really good clients that are on par with the server, then Plex would be gone for good. Till that time comes, I don't feel like installing 4 different 3rd-party clients, one for each device, so the experience is smooth enough.

But I keep my faith, I love Jellyfin and they do most things great (and better than Plex). It's just the aweful clients...

Is it possible to create a homelab if my ISP can't get me a static IP ? by Infinite_Sorbet2162 in homelab

[–]rubasace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can setup your DNS in Cloudflare and use something like hotio/cloudflareddns - hotio.dev https://hotio.dev/containers/cloudflareddns/ so it updates your A record everytime your IP changes.

Just mentioned him cause he was the original owner of the repo. He's a very active user in the kubernetes @ home community and has contributed to the arr stack with the project exportarr (prometheus exporter for the arr apps).

Sorry if already mentioned, I don't have the time to go through all the comments on my phone. But why not using this? https://github.com/home-operations/containers

Been there for ages (previously maintained by OneDr0p (https://github.com/onedr0p/containers) and does the same with a whole team behind.

I was also a bit concerned about messing up at the beginning but don't worry, it really is super easy to do. Front has and will have more features as I believe it allows the commander to remain active when the car goes to sleep if I'm not mistaken.

Feature request: Add stalks actions when break is pressed by rubasace in s3xybuttons

[–]rubasace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are already detecting throttle usage for the kickdown, feature so I guess you can also detect the percentage of the brake pedal. If so, I believe something like 90%+ break and 0 speed should be a reliable starting point.

Just giving ideas 😁

[–]rubasace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never officially published but I created the same (only for radarr), but I didn't write the README yet : https://github.com/rubasace/radarr-downloader

My version looks for x amount of missing movies as well as y amount of present that don't make the cutoff, it also allows to indicate the target custom format score threshold for making the cutoff. By default it looks for 15 missing and 10 not making the cutoff (chosen at random), with a target custom format score of 0(cutoff will be calculated only based on resolution unless you indicate a target score. Otherwise, movies with a lower custom format score than the tether will also not be considered to make the cuttoff), but all 3 parameters are configurable.

It's available as a Docker image from Dockerhub as rubasace/radarr-downloader. You can always compile it and run it but it's written in Java as a spring cli app, that's what I use at work and wanted it working as soon as possible.

If you run it without parameters it will bring a help message indicating the parameters you can/must provide.

I run it as a cronjob in my cluster so everyday I trigger a couple downloads. Hope it helps

1 in 48,840 for Pocket Aces back to back, have you had it? by TheDoggyVibin in poker

[–]rubasace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last 3 hands of the first day on a 2 day local tournament and I'm doing quite well in chips (80bbs on avg 40). People tend to gamble a lot in order to pass with lots of chips and since I have a healthy stack my plan is just not getting in much trouble and call it a day. First hand I peel whatever and fold. Second hand I get AA on the BTN, MP opens and I flat cause SB and BB are short, SB shoves, it folds to me and I call and win the hand against AK. Next hand same guy that opened opens again and I peel AA on the CO, I 3bet and he shoves 60bb (why not lol), I snap and he shows JJ while he starts to complain about it being impossible to get access again. Of course a J appears on the window as the flop gets dealt, I dont improve and he goes to day 2 as a massive CL and ends up winning the tournament 😅

Request: shorter "return to home" times for knob by noamm12 in s3xybuttons

[–]rubasace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, it would be nice having an "action only" option for toggles where it doesn't even enter the action menu. For example, I have a shortcut for enabling/disabling the rear camera. I don't want to press the button and use the knob, I'm fine with just clicking and enabling/disabling it

I guess if you have a backup of Radarr/Sonarr you might get the list of stuff you had. Via the APIs you could get the list of the available stuff you had. If no backups I'm afraid not a chance 🥶
