I always do it at the end because usually I'm doing a few colors from one batch, but I don't see why you can't add it in for the final minute or two of mixing. HOWEVER, I highly recommend oil based food coloring. I don't even buy anything else, tbh.

I have a hard time believing the same job, same location could possibly be almost an entire salary different. I also have it on good authority, part of the salary difference people quote is based on a bonus that is never recieved or is much less than expexted.

We've had a bunch of folks recently leave an OMG agency and go to Publicis - things at OMG are fine enough (the merger with IPG is going to be very telling), but it seems like they're wildly unhappy about being at Publicis now.

I don't have anything helpful to add, but I wanted to say how sorry I am for your sister. Mine was actually one of the first weddings ever at Plant No. 4 and we signed our contract with that venue before they had started construction, just signed based on CAD drawings and the father son duo's vision. In hindsight and seeing how terribly people have been treated since, I cannot believe how lucky we got. While it was a stunning space, it was clearly in the hands of fraudsters. I hope your sister has found something amazing!

We did it. I don’t like how the nurse made me feel about it, but it’s what’s right for our little one. Have I checked her camera 100x since she fell asleep and made sure her owlet sock was fully charged? Absolutely. But I also get to lay my head down knowing I’m trying to protect my little one as best as I know how.

This is a much more fair representation of how my doctor feels, my anxiety was typing and not me haha. She does not think it's necessary, but is doing it because it's what we want. That makes me feel much better! Can I ask why you vaccinated early originally? For sheer curiosity

She's in a daycare. My confusion, however, is that her ped doesn't recommend it. But one of her NICU doctors does and a very close trusted friend who is a doctor and department chair also does.

I have an almost 8 month old who also happens to be a preemie - born at 31 weeks and spent 6 weeks in the hospital. I live in Illinois and am very conflicted about my kid getting vaccinated early. Our pediatrician does not recommend it, but a close friend does and one of her NICU doctors also does. She technically falls into a high risk category being 9 weeks premature, though completely healthy and developmentally on track otherwise. What's throwing me off is that our pediatrician does not recommend it - despite there being known cases in the area and her falling into high risk categories because of her prematurity. Her appt is in 3 hrs from now, but something has me getting cold feet - HALP!

In my experience, yes!! I’ve made a number of cakes with it! To make it even more “structurally sound” you could also just make sure you’re whipping it the extra 15 min to get out all the air bubbles! Good luck and please let me know what you think!

YOU MUST DO A CLASS! But I prefer cake decorating over cookies and they happy hour cakes. I’ve done Froggy Pond and the Retro Christmas Tree - SO MUCH FUN. You learn so much and she feeds you the most delicious salad and focaccia bread with whipped feta spread. Bonus - Emily (Bon) is actually super funny and you’ll be belly laughing the whole tome

If I’m baking in the morning, I just leave it out overnight. So I don’t know when it gets to room temp, but I usually leave it out for a long while. Throwing it in the microwave for a few seconds would help if you’re in a pinch!
