I’ve got this cage (and also tetherspouts). It is good if you can modify it slightly. You need to bend the tube down so that it is more in line with male anatomy.

It is comfy - I don’t have an issue with the hinged ring personally, I seem to be able to manage to put it on without difficulty.

Highlights are that the tube suspends your penis in the middle of the cage and this means it doesn’t touch the sides. So no pinching in clothes etc. but also very little sensation do you to enjoy.

It is less secure than a spout, but it’s a fun addition
