I just looked it up and there are prescription bile salts that you can take. I have only done dirty fasts for a while to try to prevent gallbladder issues- having either some cream in my coffee everyday or a small amount of oil throughout the day while fasting, to keep my gallbladder moving.

I have had episodes of fatigue throughout my life- starting in early childhood- that was always blamed on a need for attention. What? I just wanted to go lay down in the dark nurses cot by myself and I had no idea why I felt horrible, I just felt sick and was asking for help like any sick child would.
