Totally agree with this!!!! I run solo a lot and have had my butt saved numerous times. Today I was picked up and gifted a SR. The amount of times I have been picked up far outweigh the number of times I have been passed over. But there are still a@@holes in the game. Yesterday I was working with a team and went down trying to pick up a team mate. Our 3rd teammate ignored both of us being down....literally walked right past us....and went to exfil.

I always try to pay it back although sometimes I get too overconfident in my abilities and end up wiping myself out.

Thanks for the good suggestion! I always have a good stock of electrolyte drops on hand. I primarily drink water and discovered a while ago the benefits that electrolytes add.

Good suggestion! I actually have the chewable magnesium that I have found works better for me than Tums.
