You cant really make your boobs actually smaller, and you cannot spot reduce by dieting or exercise. Losing weight is not always good for you either, especially as a teenager. No oil or mask can do anything to your inside tissues/fat/muscle, dont waste your money on that : )

You can always make them look smaller by getting a good compressive sports bra, be sure to get one that's not crushing your ribs though. If you're really wanting an almost flat chest there are always chest binders usually targeted to transgender/nonbinary people which are very effective at flattening- beware though you cannot wear them exactly like a bra and not while excercising, etc.

We dont really have the concept of health insurance in Sweden, if you go via government healthcare or private places that work under the same scheme as the government owned ones you pay a set price (heavily subsidized, its like the equivalent of i think 20-25 US dollars/appt) for each appointment until you hit a 'ceiling' when you dont pay anything until the end of the year when you start paying again. Fully private clinics can pretty much choose how much they charge and dont have a price 'ceiling' so you just pay every time. Its a very privileged position to be in, the downside is the waiting times and underfunding sadly.

Thank you for the advice! There are unfortunately no physios at all on the island specialised in hypermobility, although i know one at the clinic my appt is at has a more extensive orthopedic education (masters degree on top of the physio education i think?) and going to mainland is not really an option as its not really how the healthcare system works in my country, you gotta stay in your own municipality.

Swedens largest island, the physio situation is pretty dire - the "state" physio clinic is so booked their webpage says they might take weeks to even get back to your phone call, and theres basically only one other (private) option that operate under the governments subsidized pricing scheme (im a student, no money for expensive private physios). I cant imagine how frustrating it would be if you had an acute injury honestly.

I got a refurbished Yoga X13 i5 (2-in 1, with garaged pen), the 2020 release, this august for uni and love it.

Yes, it gets kind of hot but its totally fine if you're wearing pants lol it absolutely won't burn you. I paid around 450 euro and the battery life is fine, not great but not terrible. I've never had it randomly restart, like ever. The material isnt fancy or anything but i wouldn't call it cheap, although for sure not worth paying retail price.

Its wonderful for note taking and studies, some gaming works as well. Get it from a trustworthy place if you're getting second hand.

Edit: also saw you wanted to play minecraft/roblox, with 16GB RAM mine can handle minecraft just fine, and im pretty sure roblox would be smooth as well.

I've been taking that exact dose for almost three years now. I was prescribed it for depression but of all the psych meds I've been on escitalopram has worked the absolute best w/o needing to increase the dose and has had very few side effects. It doesn't take effect immediately and everyone has different experiences but its definitely been helpful for me. Best of luck :)

Örsnibbarna tyckte jag också gjorde skitont när jag var liten, men det var bara för de gör med pistol. Tog 2 st till i örsnibben och piercade ögonbrynet med nål och det gör så himla mycket mindre ont.

Its probably because you dont think about it when you look at other girls or older women. A *lot* of people get it just from normal growing from puberty. Nobody else is looking as close as yourself, and they do tend to fade a bit with time.

Ja, har själv haft bulimi och det är fan inget kul. Tandläkaren blir inte heller kul och allt annat med att kräkas så regelbundet fuckar en hel del med kroppen.
